ANIMATOR TERMS
These Animator Terms add to the General Terms of Service.
1. Role
An Animator is the person who signs up to teach English lessons on the Platform.
The Animator must give true information about qualifications, experience, English skills and teaching abilities.
2. Calendar Availability
The Animator is responsible for keeping the availability calendar accurate.
When the Animator marks a time slot as available, they agree the Platform can offer that slot for booking.
The Animator should not accept another commitment that conflicts with a confirmed Platform booking.
The Animator must update the calendar right away if availability changes.
3. Confirmed Lessons
The Animator must attend confirmed lessons at the agreed time and place and teach the lesson as planned.
The Animator should arrive early enough to prepare for the lesson.
4. Cancellation
The Animator should not cancel a confirmed lesson unless it is necessary.
If cancellation becomes unavoidable, the Animator must tell the Platform as soon as possible.
Repeated cancellations, late cancellations or no-shows may lead to suspension or restriction of booking privileges.
5. Teaching Standards
The Animator must:
- teach lessons professionally
- treat Learners with respect
- provide the agreed lesson
- respect the booked lesson duration
- follow venue rules
- work appropriately with an assigned Assistant or Helper
The Animator must not falsely claim qualifications or experience.
6. Learner Information
Learner information must be kept private and used only for teaching and Platform purposes.
Animators must not use Platform-provided contact information to harass, exploit or improperly solicit Learners.
7. Assistants and Helpers
An Animator may work with an Assistant or Helper if the booking includes such participation.
The Animator should give clear instructions about the person’s role.
A Helper is not automatically an Assistant or teacher, and an Assistant is not automatically allowed to act as the Animator.
8. Venue
The Animator must use the venue and space specified in the booking and follow reasonable venue rules.
The Animator must not exceed the permitted capacity.
9. Acceptance
By registering as an Animator, you agree to these Animator Terms and the General Terms of Service.

ANIMATOR TERMS
These Animator Terms supplement the General Terms of Service.
1. Role
An Animator is the person registered to deliver an English lesson through the Platform.
The Animator must provide accurate information concerning qualifications, experience, English ability and teaching capabilities.
2. Calendar Availability
The Animator is responsible for maintaining an accurate availability calendar.
When an Animator marks a period as available, the Animator acknowledges that the Platform may offer that period for booking.
An Animator must not knowingly accept another commitment that conflicts with a confirmed Platform booking.
Where availability changes, the Animator must update the calendar promptly.
3. Confirmed Lessons
An Animator must attend confirmed lessons at the stated time and venue and provide the agreed lesson.
The Animator should arrive sufficiently early to prepare for the lesson.
4. Cancellation
An Animator should not cancel a confirmed lesson except where reasonably necessary.
Where cancellation becomes unavoidable, the Animator must notify the Platform as soon as reasonably possible.
Repeated cancellations, late cancellations or no-shows may result in suspension or restriction of Animator booking privileges.
5. Teaching Standards
The Animator must:
- conduct lessons professionally;
- treat Learners respectfully;
- provide the agreed lesson;
- respect the booked lesson duration;
- comply with venue rules;
- cooperate appropriately with an assigned Assistant or Helper.
The Animator must not falsely claim qualifications or experience.
6. Learner Information
Information about Learners must be kept confidential and used only for legitimate teaching and Platform purposes.
Animators must not use Platform-provided contact information to harass, exploit or improperly solicit Learners.
7. Assistants and Helpers
An Animator may work with an Assistant or Helper where the booking provides for such participation.
The Animator should give reasonable instructions concerning the person’s role.
A Helper is not automatically an Assistant or teacher, and an Assistant is not automatically authorised to act as the Animator.
8. Venue
The Animator must use the venue and space specified by the booking and comply with reasonable venue rules.
The Animator must not exceed the permitted capacity.
9. Acceptance
By registering as an Animator, you agree to these Animator Terms and the General Terms of Service.

ISTILAH ANIMATOR
Ketentuan Animator ini melengkapi Ketentuan Layanan Umum.
1. Peran
Seorang Animator adalah orang yang terdaftar untuk menyampaikan pelajaran bahasa Inggris melalui Platform.
Animator harus memberikan informasi yang akurat mengenai kualifikasi, pengalaman, kemampuan bahasa Inggris, dan kemampuan mengajar.
2. Kalender Ketersediaan
Animator bertanggung jawab untuk menjaga kalender ketersediaan yang akurat.
Ketika Animator menandai periode sebagai tersedia, Animator mengakui bahwa Platform mungkin menawarkan periode tersebut untuk pemesanan.
Animator tidak boleh dengan sengaja menerima komitmen lain yang bertentangan dengan pemesanan Platform yang dikonfirmasi.
Jika ketersediaan berubah, Animator harus memperbarui kalender dengan segera.
3. Pelajaran yang Dikonfirmasi
Animator wajib hadir pada pelajaran yang dikonfirmasi pada waktu dan lokasi yang ditentukan serta menyampaikan pelajaran yang disepakati.
Animator sebaiknya tiba cukup awal untuk mempersiapkan pelajaran.
4. Pembatalan
Animator tidak boleh membatalkan pelajaran yang dikonfirmasi kecuali dalam keadaan yang wajar.
Jika pembatalan menjadi tidak terelakkan, Animator harus memberitahu Platform secepat mungkin.
Pembatalan berulang, pembatalan terlambat, atau tidak hadir mungkin mengakibatkan pembatasan atau pembatasan hak pemesanan Animator.
5. Standar Pengajaran
Animator wajib:
- menyelenggarakan pelajaran secara profesional;
- menghormati siswa;
- menyampaikan pelajaran yang disepakati;
- menghormati durasi pelajaran yang dibooking;
- mematuhi aturan lokasi;
- bekerja sama dengan Asisten atau Bantuan yang ditugaskan.
Animator tidak boleh mengklaim kualifikasi atau pengalaman palsu.
6. Informasi Siswa
Informasi tentang siswa harus dijaga kerahasiaannya dan hanya digunakan untuk tujuan pengajaran yang sah dan tujuan Platform.
Animator tidak boleh menggunakan informasi kontak yang disediakan Platform untuk mengganggu, mengeksploitasi, atau secara tidak pantas mengajak siswa.
7. Asisten dan Bantuan
Animator mungkin bekerja dengan Asisten atau Bantuan jika pemesanan menyediakan partisipasi semacam itu.
Animator sebaiknya memberikan instruksi yang wajar mengenai peran orang tersebut.
Bantuan bukanlah secara otomatis Asisten atau guru, dan Asisten bukanlah secara otomatis diberi wewenang untuk bertindak sebagai Animator.
8. Lokasi
Animator wajib menggunakan lokasi dan ruang yang ditentukan dalam pemesanan dan mematuhi aturan lokasi yang wajar.
Animator tidak boleh melebihi kapasitas yang diizinkan.
9. Penerimaan
Dengan mendaftar sebagai Animator, Anda menyetujui Ketentuan Animator ini dan Ketentuan Layanan Umum.
