LEARNER — ROLE-SPECIFIC TERMS
These terms apply to anyone registering or booking as a Learner and supplement the General Terms of Service.
1. Accurate Information
Learners must give true information about themselves and their English-learning needs.
Information about English level and learning goals must be accurate so that a proper lesson can be given.
2. Bookings
Learners must check booking details before confirming a booking.
Learners must attend at the correct:
- date;
- time;
- venue;
- venue space;
- lesson duration.
3. Punctuality
Learners should arrive early enough to start the lesson on time.
Late arrival does not usually allow a Learner to extend the lesson.
4. Venue Conduct
Learners must respect venue staff, other customers, property and facilities.
Learners must follow venue rules about food, drinks, noise, smoking, security and allowed areas.
5. Lesson Participation
Learners must take part reasonably in lessons and treat Animators, Helpers and Assistants with respect.
When a lesson includes a student-led activity with a Helper, Learners must follow the activity instructions.
6. Cancellation
Learners must follow the Platform’s cancellation rules.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may lead to booking restrictions or suspension.
7. Personal Safety
Learners should tell the Animator or venue staff about any safety concerns.
Learners are responsible for their own belongings while at a venue.
8. Acceptance
By registering or booking as a Learner, you agree to these Learner terms.

Information about English level and learning goals should be reasonably accurate so that an appropriate lesson can be provided.
2. Bookings
A Learner is responsible for checking the booking details before confirming a booking.
The Learner must attend at the specified:
- date;
- time;
- venue;
- venue space;
- lesson duration.
3. Punctuality
Learners should arrive sufficiently early to begin the lesson at the scheduled time.
Late arrival does not normally entitle a Learner to extend the lesson beyond its scheduled end time.
4. Venue Conduct
Learners must respect venue staff, other customers, property and facilities.
Learners must observe venue rules concerning food, beverages, noise, smoking, security and permitted areas.
5. Lesson Participation
Learners are expected to participate reasonably in lessons and to treat Animators, Helpers and Assistants respectfully.
Where a lesson includes a student-led activity involving a Helper, the Learner should participate in accordance with the instructions for that activity.
6. Cancellation
Learners must follow the Platform’s cancellation rules.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in booking restrictions or suspension.
7. Personal Safety
Learners should inform the Animator or venue staff of any immediate safety concern.
Learners remain responsible for their personal belongings while attending a venue.
8. Acceptance
By registering or making a booking as a Learner, you confirm that you accept these additional Learner terms.

PEMBELAJAR — ISTILAH BERDASARKAN PERAN
Istilah ini berlaku untuk siapa pun yang mendaftar atau membuat pemesanan sebagai Pembelajar dan melengkapi Syarat Layanan Umum.
1. Informasi Akurat
Pembelajar harus memberikan informasi yang akurat tentang diri mereka dan, di mana diminta, persyaratan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris mereka.
Informasi tentang tingkat bahasa Inggris dan tujuan pembelajaran harus akurat secara wajar agar dapat disediakan pelajaran yang sesuai.
2. Pemesanan
Pembelajar bertanggung jawab untuk memeriksa detail pemesanan sebelum mengonfirmasi pemesanan.
Pembelajar harus hadir pada waktu yang ditentukan:
- tanggal;
- waktu;
- lokasi;
- ruang lokasi;
- durasi pelajaran.
3. Ketepatan Waktu
Pembelajar sebaiknya tiba cukup awal untuk memulai pelajaran pada waktu yang dijadwalkan.
Keterlambatan tidak biasanya memberikan hak kepada Pembelajar untuk memperpanjang pelajaran melebihi waktu yang dijadwalkan.
4. Perilaku di Lokasi
Pembelajar harus menghormati staf lokasi, pelanggan lain, properti, dan fasilitas.
Pembelajar harus mengamati aturan lokasi mengenai makanan, minuman, kebisingan, merokok, keamanan, dan area yang diizinkan.
5. Partisipasi dalam Pelajaran
Pembelajar diharapkan untuk berpartisipasi secara wajar dalam pelajaran dan menghormati Animator, Pembantu, dan Asisten.
Di mana pelajaran termasuk aktivitas yang dipimpin oleh siswa yang melibatkan seorang Pembantu, Pembelajar harus berpartisipasi sesuai dengan instruksi untuk aktivitas tersebut.
6. Pembatalan
Pembelajar harus mengikuti aturan pembatalan Platform.
Keterlambatan atau pembatalan berulang mungkin mengakibatkan pembatasan pemesanan atau penangguhan.
7. Keselamatan Pribadi
Pembelajar harus memberi tahu Animator atau staf lokasi tentang kekhawatiran keselamatan segera.
Pembelajar tetap bertanggung jawab atas barang bawaan pribadi mereka saat menghadiri lokasi.
8. Penerimaan
Dengan mendaftar atau membuat pemesanan sebagai Pembelajar, Anda mengonfirmasi bahwa Anda menerima istilah tambahan Pembelajar ini.
